About cancellation of qualification examinations upon completion of programs of vocational training in 2019-2020 academic year

Art. 1. - In departure from part provisions (1) Articles 17, parts (7) Article 62 and part (6) article 63 of the Code of the Republic of Moldova about education No. 152/2014, for the purpose of the prevention of risk of disease of COVID-19, of safety, protection of life and health of graduates of programs of vocational training in 2019-2020 academic year:
1) the organization and holding qualification examinations upon completion of programs of vocational training in 2019-2020 academic year Is cancelled.
2) the Certificate on qualification is issued by the pupil completing this academic year of the program of average vocational training with average assessment on the disciplines/modules/practicians provided by the curriculum, above or equal "5" (five) with removal of overall average assessment on formula: overall average assessment = average assessment on profile disciplines / modules * 0.3 + average assessment on practicians * 0.7, with the 100-th, without rounding.
3) the Diploma about professional education is issued to the pupils completing this academic year of the program of postsecondary and postsecondary not tertiary vocational training with average assessment on the rates/practicians provided by the curriculum, above or equal "5" (five) with removal of overall average assessment on formula: overall average assessment = average assessment on the basic and special courses of the chosen direction * 0.4 + average assessment on practicians * 0.6, with the 100-th, without rounding.
