Art. I. - In departure from part provisions (4) article 29 of the Law on debt of the public sector, the state guarantees and the state recrediting No. 419/2006 to resolve according to the procedure of exception release of GP "Moldelectrica" from the obligation on guaranteeing repayment of the loan recredited by the Ministry of Finance for project implementation "Connection of power networks of the Republic of Moldova and Romania, the I stage" according to the Credit agreement between the Republic of Moldova and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in the amount of 80 million euros (it is ratified by the Law No. 150/2018), to the Contract on financing between the Republic of Moldova and the European Investment Bank for the amount of 80 million euros (it is ratified by the Law No. 128/2018), to agreements on financing between the Republic of Moldova and International Development Association cost 47, 9 million euros and 13, 1 million euros (are ratified by the Law No. 179/2019 and the Law No. 177/2019 respectively).
Art. II. - This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
