About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on the entrepreneurial patent No. 93/1998 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 72-73, 485), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. Add Article 3 with parts (6-3) and (6-4) following contents:

"(6-3) Implementation by physical person of the types of activity specified in line items 2.50 and 2.51 appendices to this law are allowed till December 31, 2023.

(6-4) Patent for implementation of the activities specified in line item 2.50 appendices to this law are issued on one rural house.".

2. In Article 4:

part (to add 3) after figures "2.16," with figures "2.49,";

add Article with part (3-1) following of content:

"(3-1) K to the petition on implementation of the activities specified in line item 2.50 appendices to this law the copy of the statement from the real estate register or from the register of accounting of the farms of the population relating to the rural house which will be used in the related activity is attached.".

3. To add appendix to the law with line items 2.49-2.51 following of content:
