About introduction of amendments to article 141 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Moldova No. 985/2002
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In article 141 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Moldova No. 985/2002 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 72-74, 195), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
in the sanction of part (the words "from 3 to 7 years." shall be replaced with words 1) "from 5 to 10 years.";
in the sanction of part (the words "from 5 to 10 years." shall be replaced with words 2) "from 10 to 15 years.".
Art. II. - This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
