Make changes to the Regulations on procedure for destruction of forms of promissory notes and deposit certificates of banks approved by the resolution of Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 12, 2005 No. 10/6 (рег. No. 1477 of May 30, 2005) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2005, No. 22, the Art. 163), according to appendix.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

The changes made to Regulations on procedure for destruction of forms of promissory notes and deposit certificates of banks

1. To state the subitem "an" of Item 11 in the following edition:

"a) if forms of securities are attached to the brought criminal cases by the bodies performing investigation verification, prosecutor's offices, the investigations and inquiries;".

2. State Item 21 in the following edition:

"21. The act affirms the signature of the chairman of the board of bank and is sealed bank.".
