Article 1.

"Article 75. Requirements to restriction of distribution of the fire in buildings, constructions, fire compartments

Parts of buildings, constructions, fire compartments, and also rooms of different classes of functional fire risk shall be divided among themselves by the protecting designs, devices and installations with the normalized limits of fire resistance and classes of constructive fire risk or fire-proof barriers.

Requirements to such protecting designs, devices and installations, types of fire-proof barriers are established taking into account functional fire risk of rooms, the size of fire loading, degree of fire resistance and class of constructive fire risk of the building, construction, fire compartment and safety, construction regulations and rules, and also national standards approved in accordance with the established procedure shall conform to requirements of this Law, the corresponding regulatory legal acts in the area fire.
