The administrative regulations of Federal Nature Management Supervision Service of provision of the state service in issue of the conclusion about possibility of destruction, method and the space of destruction of goods for the room of such goods for customs procedure of destruction (further - Regulations) determine terms, the sequence of ministerial procedures (actions) and decision making by territorial authorities of Federal Nature Management Supervision Service (further - territorial authorities of Rosprirodnadzor), and also order of interaction between structural divisions of territorial authority of Rosprirodnadzor, officials of territorial authority of Rosprirodnadzor and applicants by provision of the state service in issue of the conclusions about possibility of destruction, method and the space of destruction of goods for the room of such goods for customs procedure of destruction.
