About introduction of amendments to the Law "About National Pensions"

Article 1. From part 1 of article 20 of the Law of December 22, 2010 No. ZR-243 "About national pensions" the words "within five years" and the second offer to exclude.

Article 2. This Law comes into force next day after its official publication and extends to the relations which arose on July 16, 2019 and after that.

If the statement for purpose of military disability pension or for change of pension sign on military disability pension given till July 16, 2019 is rejected based on establishment of causal relationship of disability (disease, mutilation) with military service in five years after dismissal from military service, then the military disability pension is granted (the type of pension changes):

1) since July 16, 2019 if person repeatedly addresses within year after entry into force of this Law;

2) from the date of the address if person repeatedly addresses in year after entry into force of this Law.
