About modification and amendments in the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Article 1. In article 47.7 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 (further - the Code):

Article 2. Add the code with Articles 47.15-47.17 of the following content:

"Article 47.15. Violation of requirements to prohibition and restrictions of advertizing, stimulation of realization (sale) and protection of tobacco products, their accessories, substitutes of tobacco products (except for the substitutes used in the medical purposes), similarity of tobacco products

1. Advertizing by the advertiser and advertizing medium of tobacco products or their accessories or substitutes of tobacco products (except for the substitutes used in the medical purposes), similarity of tobacco products:

attracts infliction of penalty in the amount of seven hundred-fiftyfold to the eight hundred-multiple size of the established minimum wage.

2. Representation of use in advertizing of other goods or works or services by means of the speech or sound or the image of tobacco products or their accessories or substitutes of tobacco products (except for the substitutes used in the medical purposes):

attracts infliction of penalty in the amount of seven hundred-fiftyfold to the eight hundred-multiple size of the established minimum wage.

3. Mentioning in advertizing of other goods or works or services of tobacco products or their accessories or substitutes of tobacco products (except for the substitutes used in the medical purposes) or similarity of tobacco products or their inclusion:

attracts infliction of penalty in the amount of seven hundred-fiftyfold to the eight hundred-multiple size of the established minimum wage.
