About modification and amendments in the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Article 1. In article 182.3 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985:

Part 8 to state 1) in the following edition:

"8. Violation by person performing information activities, rules of the publication or distribution of the established data during emergency state:

attracts infliction of penalty in the amount of hundredfold to the three hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.";

To add 2) with part 8.1 following of content:

"8.1. Not removal of the publication distributed with abuse of regulations of the publication or distribution of the established data during emergency state within one day after it was subjected to collection:

attracts infliction of penalty in the amount of five hundredfold to the thousandfold size of the established minimum wage.";

To add 3) with part 10 of the following content:

"10. Abuse of regulations of isolation or the self-isolation or other restrictions of the right of free movement provided as restrictions during the state of emergency declared based on emergency situation:

attracts infliction of penalty in the amount of hundredfold to the two hundred-fiftyfold size of the established minimum wage.";

To add 4) with part 11 of the following content:

"11. In sense of part 10 of this Article isolation the department of persons, including sick or infected or persons communicating with it (contacting) in the certain room provided for this purpose for the purpose of exception of direct communication with other persons and prevention of spread of infection is considered.

In sense of part 10 of this Article self-isolation the department of persons, including sick or infected or persons communicating with it (contacting) in the place of their permanent residence or in other place on their preference for the purpose of exception of direct communication with other persons and prevention of spread of infection is considered.".
