Article 1. To add the code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 (further - the Code) with Chapter 15.1 of the following content:
"Chapter 15.1. Administrative offenses in the field of emergency situations
Article 213.2. Violation of requirements of the legislation on material reserve
1. Detection of shortage or unauthorized use of material values of the state reserve for the organization keeper:
attracts the prevention.
2. Not recovery of shortage in the state reserve within 30 days after detection of shortage or unauthorized use of material values of the state reserve for the organization keeper:
attracts penalty in the amount of 10 percent of cost of the missing or self-willedally used goods, and not recovery in the state reserve within 60 days - in the amount of 100 percent.
3. Spoil of material values of the state reserve by the state organization:
attracts the prevention.
4. Failure to carry out of complete replacement of the spoiled material values within 30 days after the prevention provided by part 3 of this Article for the organization:
attracts penalty in the amount of 10 percent of cost of damaged goods, and failure to carry out of complete replacement of the spoiled material values within 60 days - in the amount of 100 percent of cost of the spoiled values.
5. Failure to carry out at the scheduled time of task on forming of mobilization reserve, and also accumulating of strategic inventories for the organization:
attracts the prevention.
6. Failure to carry out of task within 30 days after the prevention provided by part 5 of this Article for the organization:
attracts penalty in the amount of 10 percent of cost of not cumulative goods, and failure to carry out of task within 60 days - in the amount of 100 percent of cost of not cumulative goods.
