About entering of amendment and changes into the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 169.19 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 (further - the Code) to "body of conservation" to add words with the words "and to inspection body for conservation and subsoil".
Article 2. In parts 1 of Articles 201. 3, 201.4 Codes of the word of "the sphere of conservation" shall be replaced with words "spheres of the environment".
Article 3. Regarding 3rd article 258 of the Code of the word "inspectors of authorized body in the field of conservation" shall be replaced with words "inspectors of body, stipulated in Clause 242 of this Code".
Article 4. In all text of the Code of the word of "the nature protection legislation" to replace words of "the legislation on conservation".
Article 5. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
