Article 1. To add the code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 (further - the Code) with Articles 150.11-150.14 of the following content:
"Article 150.11. Violation of mandatory requirements and conditions of the license for implementation of space activities, and also implementation of space activities without the corresponding license
1. Violation of mandatory requirements and conditions of the license for implementation of space activities if they did not cause the responsibility established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About licensing":
attracts infliction of penalty for officials in three hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.
2. Implementation of space activities without license:
attracts infliction of penalty for officials in five hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.
3. Repeated making of the act provided by parts 1 and 2 of this Article within year after day of purpose of administrative punishment:
attracts infliction of penalty in double size of the penalty established by this Article for this act.
Article 150.12. Operation of space object without registration and (or) the mark certifying accessory
1. Operation of space object without registration and (or) the mark certifying accessory
attracts infliction of penalty for officials in five hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.
2. Repeated making of the act provided by part of 1 this Article within year after day of purpose of administrative punishment:
attracts infliction of penalty in double size of the penalty established by this Article for this act.
