Article 1. To state article 169.18 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 in the following edition:
"Article 169.18. Neopublishing or incomplete publication of the report by funds
1. Incomplete publication of the report by funds or neopublishing by funds of the report in the procedure established by the law and terms:
attracts the prevention for officials of funds.
2. Not elimination by funds of the violation (violations) provided by this Article within thirty days after day of the notification on the decision on purpose of the prevention provided by part of 1 this Article:
attracts infliction of penalty for officials of funds in fiftyfold size of the established minimum wage.
3. Not elimination by funds of the violation (violations) provided by this Article within thirty days after day of the notification on the decision on infliction of penalty provided by part 2 of this Article:
attracts infliction of penalty for officials of funds in two hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
