About modification of the Regulations on carrying out employee assessment of the Eurasian economic commission

1. Add the Regulations on carrying out employee assessment of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of November 12, 2014 No. 98, Item 19.1 of the following content:
"19.1. Results of certification are considered in case of decision making about prolongation of the employment contract (contract) with the employee of the Commission according to the paragraph the ninth Item 54 of the Regulations on the Eurasian economic commission (appendix No. 1 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014).".
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than the date of entry into force of the Protocol on introduction of amendments to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 regarding refining of the mechanism of forming of personnel structure of the Eurasian economic commission.
