1. Determine that concerning the goods specified in paragraph three of Item 2 of the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of December 20, 2017 to No. 109 "About some questions of application of customs procedure of temporary import (admission)" in case of which customs declaring as the declaration on goods the transport (transportation), business and (or) other documents including provided by international treaties of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union with the third party were used the validity of customs procedure of temporary import (admission) established by customs authority can be extended before the expiration of this term or no later than 4 months after its expiration within the term of temporary stay and use of such goods according to customs procedure of temporary import (admission) without payment of import customs duties, taxes determined by the paragraph third Item 2 of the specified Decision.
2. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication and extends to the legal relationship connected with prolongation of effective period of customs procedure of temporary import (admission), which arose since March 1, 2020.
