About entering of amendments into the Law "About Public Welfare Payments"

Article 1. No. ZR-154 "About public welfare payments" (further - the Law) to add part 1 of article 5 of the Law of December 12, 2013 with Item 11 of the following content:

"11) tutorial benefit.".

Article 2. Add the law with Chapter 8.1 of the following content:

"Chapter 8.1

Article 36.1. Right to tutorial benefit and basis for its issue

1. Person designated by the guardian of the minors which did not reach fourteen years who stays on the registry in system of tutorial benefit has the right to tutorial benefit. Person designated by the guardian is registered in system of tutorial benefit according to the criteria established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.

2. The right to tutorial benefit arises as of day of the address of the applicant, and the tutorial benefit is paid since the month following after month of day of the address.

Article 36.2. Bases for the termination of the right to tutorial benefit

1. The right to tutorial benefit stops:

1) in case of removal from accounting in system of tutorial benefit;

2) in case of elimination of other bases granting the right to tutorial benefit, established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia;

3) in case of non-presentation by the applicant of necessary documents in the territorial center in time established by this Law;

4) in case of non receipt of tutorial benefit three months ago for the disrespectful reason;

5) in case of repeated accounting of the receiver of tutorial benefit in system of guardianship.

2. The right to tutorial benefit stops from 1 date following behind day of identification of the bases specified regarding 1 this Article.".

Article 3. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
