Article 1. Item 2 of article 3 of the Law of December 13, 2003 No. ZR-14 "About mass information" after words "duration and other criteria" to add comma and to add with the new paragraph of the following content:
"-by means of the website having own or leased domain, hosting on the Internet and containing the data specified in Items 1 and 2 of article 11 of this Law.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
