1. Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1592, the following changes:
1.1. in Item 5:
to add subitem 5.1.4-1 after words of "organizers of gamblings" with words ", tax consultants";
from subitem 5.3.2 of the word "The state register of the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs performing production, storage (as type of business activity), wholesale, retail trade by tobacco products" to exclude;
1.2. to state paragraph two of the column "Regulatory Legal Act, on the Basis and in pursuance of Which the Regulatory Legal Act Is Adopted" of Item 2 of appendix 2 to this Provision in the following edition:
"part one of subitem 1.3 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 12, 2020 No. 160 "About the rent for the parcels of land which are in state-owned property".
