Concerning state registration of real estate

The state committee on property of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties

wishing to improve idea of system of state registration of real estate, and also of the legislation of their states,

in view of dynamism of development of systems of state registration of real estate and in this regard need of establishing mutually beneficial cooperation,

recognizing importance of cooperation on the matters as means of further strengthening of the bilateral relations between the states,

according to the current legislation of the states of the Parties

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The purpose of this agreement is establishment of mutually beneficial cooperation of the Parties on the questions concerning enhancement of state registration of the real estate performed within competence of the Parties according to the legislation and international treaties of the states of the Parties.

Article 2

The mutual cooperation in the spheres determined by this agreement is performed by the Parties according to the conventional principles of international law, international treaties which participants are the states of both Parties, and also according to the legislation of the states of the Parties.

Article 3

The parties within the functions perform mutual cooperation in the following forms of exchange:

1) official and expert delegations of the Parties;

2) information and experience on the measures directed to enhancement of procedures of state registration of real estate, except for to information constituting the state secrets.

Article 4

1. The parties within this agreement can hold in agreed time frames consultations, meetings, "round tables", seminars and other actions for the questions of bilateral cooperation which are of mutual interest.
