About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 10, 2002 No. 1300 "About Regulations of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 10, 2002 No. 1300 "About Regulations of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2002, No. 44, the Art. 443) the following change and amendment:
in the Regulations of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
add Item 8-1 with part three of the following content:
"In the presence of the initiatives entering competence of the Government and directed addressed to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the central executive bodies provide their submitting for examination to Office.";
to state part one of Item 15 in the following edition:
"15. Correspondence directed to management of the Government in initiative procedure for adoption of the relevant decision is introduced by state bodies in the following cases:
1) if the solution of question requires approval of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) if the solution of question is included into direct competence of the Government what it is specified the bringing state body in its address;
3) in the presence of insuperable disagreements between the central executive bodies of conceptual nature (with appendix of the protocol of interdepartmental meeting with participation of deputy first heads, the protocol on elimination of disagreements signed by the first heads of state bodies) and concerning financial provision;
4) if the solution of question requires coordination between state bodies.".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
