About modification of the Law "About Payment and Settlement Systems and the Payment and Settlement Organizations"

Article 1. "About payment and settlement systems and the payment and settlement organizations" to state part 5 of article 19 of the Law of November 24, 2004 to No. ZR-150 in the following edition:
"5. The payment and settlement organizations, stipulated in Item "and" parts 2 of this Article, can perform processing and clearing of payment and settlement documents and payment instruments, rendering services of mail service in the presence of the corresponding license, and also converting of the foreign currency connected only with implementation of dramovy (cash) transfers, according to the procedure, established by the Central bank.
The payment and settlement organizations, stipulated in Item parts 2 of this Article, can perform the activities connected with creation, operation, servicing of equipment rooms, program systems, devices, the programs connected with processing, clearing and also dramovy (cash) transfers in the presence of the corresponding license.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
