About modification of appendix to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 31, 2014 No. 736
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to appendix to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 31, 2014 No. 736 "About introduction of import customs duties concerning goods which country of source is the Republic of Moldova" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 32, of Art. 4509; 2019, No. 1, Art. 74; No. 27, Art. 3583; 2020, No. 1, Art. 83).
2. To the Federal Customs Service to perform monthly monitoring of import to the Russian Federation of the goods classified by codes of the CN FEA EEU 07, of 0808, of 0809, 1206 of 00, 2005 and 2204, occurring from the territory of the Republic of Moldova and imported into the Russian Federation and to inform the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation on results of such monitoring.
3. To the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation to introduce in case of need till December 1, 2020 offers on change of term of application of rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 percent concerning the goods classified by codes of the CN FEA EEU 07, of 0808, of 0809, 1206 of 00, 2005 and 2204.
