Article 1. To add the code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 (further - the Code) with Articles 201.3-201.5 of the following content:

Nonagreement of passports of the dangerous wastes constituted by persons forming waste with authorized body of public administration in the field of conservation:
attracts infliction of penalty for individual entrepreneurs in thirtyfold size, and for legal entities - in fiftyfold size of the minimum established salary.
Article 201.4. Non-presentation of leaf of register registration of places of waste disposal
Non-presentation of leaf of register registration of places of waste disposal in authorized body of public administration in the field of conservation in accordance with the established procedure:
attracts infliction of penalty for individual entrepreneurs in thirtyfold size, and for legal entities - in fiftyfold size of the minimum established salary.
Article 201.5. Non-presentations of the report on register registration of objects of education, conversion and waste recycling
Non-presentation of the report on register registration of objects of education, conversion and waste recycling in accordance with the established procedure:
attracts infliction of penalty for physical persons and individual entrepreneurs in thirtyfold size, and for legal entities - in fiftyfold size of the minimum established salary.".
Article 2. In article 242 of the Code of the word "Articles 201. 202.2" shall be replaced with words 1, "Articles 201.1-201.5".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
