About the Customs tariff of Ukraine

Article 1. This Law establishes the Customs tariff of Ukraine (is applied).

The customs tariff of Ukraine is integral part of this Law and contains list of rates of nation-wide tax - import duty for the goods imported on customs area of Ukraine and systematized according to the Ukrainian classification of goods of foreign economic activity (UKT foreign trade activities) constituted on the basis of the Harmonized commodity description and coding system.

Article 2. Rates of import duty can be established or change exclusively the laws on modification of the Customs tariff of Ukraine.

Article 3. Final and transitional provisions

1. This Law becomes effective since July 1, 2020.

2.
