Make the following changes to the "Provision on pardon" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 538 of July 18, 2001 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2001, No. 7, Article 475; 2003, No. 6, Article 290; 2010, No. 1, Article 8; 2011, No. 10, Article 890):
1. In Item 8.1 after the words "corrective works" to add the word of "restriction of freedom".
2. In Item 13 of the word "The sector concerning pardon on work with law enforcement agencies of executive office" shall be replaced with words "Department on work with law enforcement agencies and military science of Administration".
