About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 5, 2019 No. 860

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 5, 2019 No. 860 "About approval of Rules of marking of shoe goods means of identification and the features of implementation of the state information system of monitoring of turnover of goods which are subject to obligatory marking by means of identification concerning shoe goods" (The Russian Federation Code, 2019, No. 28, Art. 3784; 2020, No. 10, Art. 1343, 1345).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 5, 2019 No. 860

1. To state the subitem "zh" of Item 2 in the following edition:

"g) till August 1, 2020 perform marking of the shoe goods acquired till July 1, 2020 and issued by customs authorities after July 1, 2020 according to customs procedure of release for internal consumption to the offer of these shoe goods for realization (sale).".

2. Item 6:

a) add with words ", except as specified, provided by subitems "e" and "zh" of Item 2 of this resolution";

b) add with the paragraph of the following content:

"Till July 31, 2020 release by customs authorities according to customs procedure of release for internal consumption of the unmarked shoe goods specified in the subitem "zh" of Item 2 of this resolution is inclusive allowed.".

3. In Rules of marking of the shoe goods means of identification approved by the specified resolution:
