About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on nationality of the Republic of Moldova No. 1024/2000 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of December 9, 2005), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

1. Parts (1-1), (1-2), (1-3), (4-1), (6) and (7) Article 17 to recognize invalid.

2. Item c) parts (Article 18 to declare 2) invalid.

Art. II. - Part (2) article 12 of the Law on investments into business activity No. 81/2004 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 64-66, 344), with subsequent changes, to recognize invalid.

Art. III. - Part (5-1) articles 45 of the Law on regime of foreigners in the Republic of Moldova No. 200/2010 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 179-181, 610), with subsequent changes, to recognize invalid.

Art. IV. - (1) Statements for provision of nationality of the Republic of Moldova according to parts (11) and (12) article 17 of the Law on nationality of the Republic of Moldova No. 1024/2000, given before adoption of this law, are considered in the procedure established by the Government.

(2) This law becomes effective since September 1, 2020.
