About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning liquidation of artificial bureaucratic barriers and corruptogenic factors in the field of health care

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About donorship of blood and its components" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1995, No. 23, Art. 183 with subsequent changes):

1) in Article 15:

"Capture, conversion and storage of donor blood and its components, their realization and the medicines made of them are performed by specialized agencies and institutions of blood transfusion and the relevant divisions of healthcare institutions which belong to the sphere of management of the central executive body which provides forming and realizes state policy in the field of health care, other state bodies and executive body of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea in the field of health care, the regional, Kiev, Sevastopol city public administrations.

For fractionation, on condition of its conversion and use for production of medicines of blood in the territory of Ukraine, conversion and storage of donor blood and its components, the realization of the medicines made of them subjects of business activity can enable capture of plasma";
