About modification and amendments in some resolutions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan on criminal cases

Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan on criminal cases:
1. Of September 15, 2000 No. 23 "About court practice on cases on crimes against procedure for execution of military service":
state Item 1.2 in the following edition:
"1.2. The military personnel of Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan (The Ministry of Defence, National guard, Guard troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Emergency Situations, Committee on protection of frontier of Service of state security), military personnel of Service of state security, military divisions of other ministries and departments, and also persons undergoing in them military charges can be subjects of military crimes";
in Item 7 of the word "Military board of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Military court of the Republic" shall be replaced with words to "Military court of the Republic of Uzbekistan".
2. Of June 14, 2002 No. 9 "About court practice on cases on hooliganism":
to state paragraph two of Item 1 in the following edition:
"Rules of conduct in society it is necessary to understand gross violation of public order (system of interactions of people, rules of their behavior, way of public life) established in regulatory legal acts, moral standards and morality, by customs, traditions as willful neglect.
