According to part 4 of article 43 of the Federal law "About Bases of Protection of Public Health in the Russian Federation" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed features of the organization of delivery of health care in case of threat of spread of the diseases constituting danger to people around.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Features of the organization of delivery of health care in case of threat of spread of the diseases constituting danger to people around

1. This document determines features of the organization of delivery of health care in case of threat of spread of the diseases included in the list of diseases, constituting danger to people around, No. 715 approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 1, 2004 "About approval of the list of socially important diseases and the list of the diseases constituting danger to people around" (further - disease).

2. Medical care is provided to patients in case of threat of spread of diseases according to the temporary procedure for delivery of health care approved by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation including including the minimum requirements to implementation of the medical activities directed to prevention, diagnostics and treatment of disease. Control of observance of the minimum requirements to implementation of the medical activities directed to prevention, diagnostics and treatment of disease is performed by the Federal Service on supervision in the field of health care when implementing the state quality control and safety of medical activities.
