About modification and amendments in some resolutions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan on criminal cases

Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan on criminal cases:

1. "About court practice on cases on the crimes constituting drug trafficking or psychotropic substances" of October 27, 1995 No. 21:

a) in Uzbek to add Item 3 of the text with the paragraph the fourth the following content:
