About entering of amendment and change into the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Article 1. In article 182.3 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 (further - the Code):

To add 1) with part 1.1 following of content:

"1.1. Violation of conditions, requirements of free movement during the state of emergency declared based on emergency situation:

attracts infliction of penalty in tenfold size of the established minimum wage.".

To exclude 2) from part 10 of the word "or other restrictions of the right of free movement".

Article 2.

1. The legal adjustment provided by part 1 of article 1 of this Law extends also to the penalties applied by part 10 of Article 182.3 before entry into force of the Code, except as specified, when collection was applied for abuse of regulations of isolation or the self-isolation provided in quality of restriction.

2. In the cases provided by part of 1 this Article, the corresponding administrative acts are subject to revision by higher administrative authority of the administrative authority which adopted the administrative act within three months after entry into force of this Law, and the rules provided by the Law No. ZR-41 "About bases of administration and administrative production" are applied to process of administrative production according to the reviewed administrative acts.

Article 3.

This Law becomes effective right after its official publication.
