About entering of amendment and change into the Law "About Local Self-government"

Article 1. In article 102 of the Law of May 7, 2002 No. ZR-337 "About local self-government" (further - the Law):

To add 1) with part 3.1 following of content:

"3.1. In Lermontovo's communities of the Lori region, Ijevan of the Tavush region of the Republic of Armenia the Government of the Republic of Armenia appoints elections of local government bodies according to the procedure of the carrying out regular elections of local government bodies established by the Constitutional law of the Republic of Armenia "The electoral code of the Republic of Armenia". Next day after official publication of election results of power of local government bodies of communities of Lermontovo, Antarashen of the Lori region, Ijevan, Azatamut, Aknakhpyur, Acharkut, Aygeovit, Achadzhur, Berkaber, Gandzakar, Getaovit, Ditawang, Enokavan, Lusaovit, Lusadzor, Hashtarak, Tsakhkavan (The Ijevan district), Kirants, Sarigyukh, Sevkar, Vazashen of the Tavush region of the Republic of Armenia are considered as stopped; on the same day local government bodies of the integrated communities enter the powers.";

Shall be replaced with words 2) regarding 4 words "in part 3" "in parts 3, 3.1".

Article 2. The elections specified regarding 1 article 1 of this Law are appointed within six months after entry into force of this Law.

Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
