About entering of amendment into the Law "About Local Self-government"

Article 1. After Item 5 of part 1 of article 79 of the Law of May 7, 2002 No. ZR-337 "About local self-government" to put the end and to add Item with new paragraphs of the following content:
"In case of receipt of the donation or donation exceeding the hundredfold size of the minimum wage established by the law the head of community publishes information on it no later than within a week after obtaining. Information is published by submission of the corresponding data in accordance with the established procedure in municipality (posting in the specified place), and also placements on the official website of community (in the presence).
In case of receipt of the donation or donation exceeding the hundredfold size of the minimum wage established by the law the mayor of Yerevan publishes information on it no later than within a week after obtaining, by its placement in accordance with the established procedure on the official website of Yerevan.
Data (or information) about person making donation or donation can be published only in the presence of written consent of person making donation or donation;".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
