About modification and amendments in the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To state article 145 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of April 18, 2003 (further - the Code) in the following edition:

"Article 145. Transfer of medical secret

Article 2. Add the code with Article 280.2 of the following content:
