Declare invalid the subitem "b" of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of January 15, 2020 No. 12 "About modification of the structure of State commission on counteraction to illicit trafficking in industrial output on positions approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of January 23, 2015 No. 31" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 3, the Art. 242).
