About modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation in connection with adoption of the Federal Law "About the State (Municipal) Social Order on Rendering the State (Municipal) Services in the Social Sphere"

Article 1

Bring in article 34.1 of the Federal Law of December 4, 2007 No. 329-FZ "About physical culture and sport in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 50, Art. 6242; 2011, No. 50, Art. 7354; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3477; 2015, No. 14, Art. 2018; 2016, No. 23, Art. 3277) following changes:

Part 1 after the words "it can be performed" to add 1) with the words "based on the state (municipal) social order on rendering the state (municipal) services in the social sphere";

To add 2) with part 1.1 following of content:

"1.1. Execution of the state social order on rendering the state services in sports preparation approved by federal executive body in the field of physical culture and sport is performed by establishment of the state task for rendering such services.".

Article 2

Bring in the Federal Law of December 28, 2013 No. 442-FZ "About bases of social servicing of citizens in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 52, Art. 7007; 2017, No. 47, Art. 6850) following changes:

1) Article 16 to add with part 1.1 following of content:

"1.1. In case of acceptance of the subject of the Russian Federation by public authority of the decision on the organization of the rendering the state (municipal) services in the social sphere accepted according to part 3 of article 28 of the Federal law "About the State (Municipal) Social Order on Rendering the State (Municipal) Services in the Social Sphere", the individual program is used as the social certificate on receipt of the state (municipal) service in the social sphere.";
