About modification of appendices No. 1 and 11 to the Order of the Government No. 1276/2018 "About approval of procedures of access to measures for employment of the population"

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1276/2018 about approval of procedures of access to measures for employment of the population (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2019, Art. No. 38-47 66) to make the following changes:

1) in appendix No. 1:

a) state Item 7 in the following edition:

"7. The statement for registration as the unemployed is followed by the following documents in the original with application of copies:

a) the identity certificate or the residence permit, as necessary, with the valid term, except for applications which were submitted online;

b) the documents confirming education and qualification, except as specified, in which they are registered in the Information system of personalisation of educational documents (SIPAS).

The applications submitted online are checked by the specialist of territorial subdivision at the time of appearance of person in territorial subdivision for capture for accounting.
