About modification of Item 19 of the Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of the social benefit approved by the Order of the Government No. 1167/2008

Based on Item c) parts (2) and parts (3) article 7 of the Law No. 133/2008 on social benefit (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 179, the Art. 625), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

In Item 19 of the Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of the social benefit approved by the Order of the Government No. 1167/2008 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 189, of the Art. 1173), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in paragraph one in Item c) to replace figures "50" with figures "75";

The paragraph third to state 2) in the following edition:

"The minimum guaranteed monthly income is indexed annually on April 1 and on October 1. The indexation coefficient for April 1 makes the rate of inflation registered last half-year the year preceding year of indexation, and for October 1 - the rate of inflation registered in the first half of the year of the current year. The coefficient of indexation is established by the Government. If when calculating the part of the amount expressed in bonds turns out, then it is rounded to one leu towards increase."
