Part the eighth Article 6 to state 1) in the following edition:

"8. Forms of the notifications submitted according to this Article the citizen of the Russian Federation, his legal representative or the authorized representative, and procedure for submission of the specified notifications are established by federal executive body in the field of internal affairs.";

2) in Article 14:

a) in the Item "in" of part two of the word "are disabled and" to exclude;
