About modification of the Regulations on the automated system of enforcement proceeding

According to part one of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About enforcement proceeding" I ORDER:

1. Bring in the Regulations on the automated system of enforcement proceeding approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of August 5, 2016 No. 2432/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 12, 2016 for No. 1126/29256, the following changes:

Item 2 of the Section I to add 1) with the new paragraph of such content:

"Other terms in this Provision are used in the values given in the Law of Ukraine "About enforcement proceeding" other regulatory legal acts adopted according to it in the Law of Ukraine "About electronic confidential services" and Regulations on the procedure for issue of electronic means of payment and implementation of transactions with their use approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of November 05, 2014 No. 705.";

The paragraph the fourteenth Item 2 of the Section II to exclude 2).
