About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About information security in information and telecommunication systems" on confirmation of conformity of information system to requirements for information security

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About information security in information and telecommunication systems" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, No. 26, Art. 347; 2014, No. 22, Art. 816) following changes:

1. Add Article 1 with part two of the following content:

"Other terms are used in the value given in the laws of Ukraine "About information" and "About technical regulations and assessment of conformity".

2. In Article 8:

1) the second offer of part two to state in the following edition:

"Confirmation of conformity of complex system of information security is performed by results of state expertize which is carried out taking into account industry requirements and regulations of information security according to the procedure, established by the legislation";

Part third to state 2) in the following edition:

"Confirmation of conformity and conducting state examination of means of technical and cryptographic information security are performed according to the procedure, established by the legislation. For creation of complex system of protection of the state information resources or information with limited access which requirement concerning protection is established by the law means of cryptographic information security which have the positive expert opinion by results of state examination in the field of cryptographic information security and means of technical information security which have the positive expert opinion by results of state examination in the field of technical information security or the certificate of conformity issued by conformity assessment body, accredited are used:
