Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 17, 1999 No. 178-FZ "About the government public assistance" (The Russian Federation Code, 1999, No. 29, Art. 3699; 2004, No. 35, Art. 3607; 2006, No. 48, Art. 4945; 2007, No. 43, Art. 5084; 2009, No. 30, Art. 3739; 2010, No. 50, Art. 6603; 2013, No. 19, Art. 2326; No. 48, Art. 6165; 2016, No. 1, Art. 8) following changes:

1) in Article 6.2:

a) 1 after the words "for medical application" to add Item of 1 part with the words "in amount it is at least, than it is provided by the list of vital and essential drugs created according to the Federal Law of April 12, 2010 No. 61-FZ " about drug circulation "";

b) regarding 2 words "the list of medicines for medical application, including the medicines for medical application appointed according to the decision of the medical commissions of the medical organizations" to exclude;
