About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About physical culture and sport" concerning activities of the Sports student's union of Ukraine and the Ukrainian federation of student's sport
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About physical culture and sport" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, No. 7, Art. 50 with subsequent changes) the following changes:
1. State Article 21 in the following edition:
"Article 21. Public associations of sports orientation of pupils and students
The main objectives of public associations of sports orientation of pupils and students is:
assistance to involvement of pupils and students in nonlearning time to sports and improving and sports activities in organizations of general average, professional (professional), professional prehigher, higher education;
assistance of the organization and to holding sports competitions among pupils and students together with All-Ukrainian sports federations;
assistance to enhancement of holding obligatory classes in physical culture in organizations of general average, professional (professional), professional prehigher, higher education.
Public associations of sports orientation of pupils and students act on the basis of the charters according to the law".
2. Add with Articles 21-1 and 21-2 of the following content:
"Article 21-1. Sports student's union of Ukraine
The sports student's union of Ukraine is public association of sports orientation of students which has the All-Ukrainian status according to the law and acknowledged International federation of university sport.
The sports student's union of Ukraine, except the powers determined by article 21 of this Law:
represents Ukraine in the relevant international sports organizations, on the World Universiades, other international sports competitions among students if other is not provided by requirements of relevant international organizations and/or international treaties of Ukraine;
can organize and hold in the territory of Ukraine All-Ukrainian and international events among students for sports together with the relevant sports federations;
