About entering of amendments into the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Tajikistan

Article 1. Bring in the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Tajikistan accepted by the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of January 5, 2008 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2008, No. 1, h 1, Art. 6 of Art. 7; 2010, No. 1, Art. 6; 2012, No. 7, Art. 721; 2014, No. 7, h 1, Art. 388, No. 12, Art. 821; 2015, No. 11, Art. 953; 2016, No. 5, Art. 360; 2018, No. 1, Art. 6; 2019, No. 1, Art. 6, No. 6, Art. 314), following amendments:

1. To add part 1 of Article 37 with paragraph one of the following content:

"-use the legal aid guaranteed by the state on the basis and according to the procedure, provided by the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About legal aid";".

2. Add Article 55 with part 7 of the following content:

"7. Participation of the state lawyer in court as the representative is provided according to the procedure, provided by the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About legal aid".".

3. Add Article 102 with part 3 following of content:

"3. If according to the procedure, established by the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About legal aid", legal aid was given to the party for benefit of which the decision is passed, and fee of the lawyer or representative is made at the expense of the state, expenses on fee of the lawyer or representative are collected at the expense of other party for benefit of the state.".

Article 2. Enact this Law since January 1, 2025.
