About introduction of amendments to the Law on groups of agricultural producers and their associations No. 312/2013

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on groups of agricultural producers and their associations No. 312/2013 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 47-48, 90), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In all text of the law "homogeneous" to exclude the word.

2. In part (1) Article 1 of the word "the main objective of which are sales of products of members of group of producers, increase in efficiency of activities, production planning, generalization of the offer and the organization of sale of agricultural products," shall be replaced with words "members of group, increase in efficiency of activities, production planning, generalization of the offer and the organization of sale of agricultural products, integrated with the purpose of realization of agricultural products,".

3. In Article 2:

in the concept "conclusion about recognition" of the word "the document issued by competent authority" shall be replaced with words "the individual administrative act published by competent authority,";

state the concept "cost of goods sold" of the following edition:

"cost of goods sold - cost excluding VAT products of her members sold by means of group of producers, taking into account only products connected with product or group of products on which the group of producers was acknowledged. When calculating cost of goods sold the cost of the processed products is also considered if it is received from agricultural products for which the group gained recognition.".

4. In Article 3:

Item b) to state in the following edition:

"b) increase in sales volume of agricultural products;";

add Article with Items f) and g) the following content:

"f) realization of agricultural products of members by means of group of producers;
