About introduction of amendments to the Law on funds of compulsory medical insurance for 2020 No. 174/2019

This organic law is adopted based on article 106-1 of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova by acceptance on itself the Government of responsibility to Parliament.

Art. I. - In the Law on funds of compulsory medical insurance for 2020 No. 174/2019 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2019, Art. No. 393-399, 325), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. State Article 1 in the following edition:

"Art. 1. - Funds of compulsory medical insurance for 2020 affirm according to the income in 8579391,4 amount thousand lei and to expenses as 8917389,9 amount thousand lei, with deficit in 337998,5 amount thousand lei.".

2. State appendix 1 in the following edition:
