About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on compulsory medical insurance No. 1585/1998 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 38-39, 280), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In Article 4:

in Item d) parts (the words "supplier of medical services." shall be replaced with words 1) "the supplier of medical and pharmaceutical services.";

add Article with part (8-1) following contents:

"(8-1) Suppliers of pharmaceutical services in system of compulsory medical insurance (the suppliers of pharmaceutical services who are referred to as further) are the state and private suppliers of pharmaceutical services who signed the contract for leave of the medicines compensated from funds of compulsory medical insurance with the insurer.".

2. In part (1) Article 5:

in Item b) to "suppliers of medical services and receivers of medical care" shall be replaced with words words to "suppliers of medical and pharmaceutical services and receivers of the medical and pharmaceutical care";

in Item c) "medical care" shall be replaced with words words "the medical and pharmaceutical care";

add part with Item h) the following content:

3. Add the law with Article 7-1 of the following content:
