being guided by the aspiration to develop and deepen mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of mass media, publishing, printing activities,
intending to make contribution to further development of friendly cooperation and interaction between two countries,

The parties will encourage exchange and cooperation between the mass media, the organizations performing publishing and printing activities including the edition in accordance with the established procedure on custom basis of different literature, the direction for preparation of information materials on urgent subject of journalists, film crews, specialists of the publishing and printing sphere to whom assistance of the Parties within their competence will be rendered, in case of need. Specific forms and conditions of such cooperation will be determined by directly his participants.
The parties within the competence will create favorable conditions for activities of mass media, the organizations performing publishing and printing activities, the states of one Party, and also their representations, branches and correspondent offices in the territory of the state of other Party.
